Return & Refund Policy

We believe you will be satisfied with our products. If not, please contact support@airspiritpump.com. We gladly accept returns of most items in new condition within 30 days of receipt. The Airspirit pump comes with a 1-year warranty. For more information, please contact us.

  • Please email support@airspiritpump.com, stating the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  • A return address and process will be provided to you.
  • Place the item in its original packaging, include your order number, and securely seal the package.
  • Drop off your package at your local post office and send us the return tracking number.
  • Upon receiving your package, we will process your exchange or refund within 2 business days according to the return policy.
  • After contacting us, customers will receive a return label.

To Be Eligible for a Return:

  • Purchased a product from airspiritpump.com or with one of our agents within the last 30 days starting from date of delivery.
  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Product has not been designated on airspiritpump.com as final sale or non-returnable.
  • For exchange, new items will be reshipped to you within one week.

PLEASE NOTE: If the goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we will provide a refund for the shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Product Received:

If a product is defective upon receipt or an incorrect product was received, please contact us through our chat prior to returning the product. The issue must be reported to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Cancelling or Cancelled Orders:

  • Orders that have not been shipped and are awaiting fulfillment are eligible for cancellation. Please see our order status page for details. There you can cancel your order by signing into your account with your order number and your email address.
  • Orders with the status of shipped or awaiting shipment cannot be cancelled. You may return the products once they have been received. Please refer to our Return Policy above.

Refunds:

Your refund will be processed within 2 business days from the date of receipt, once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refund:

  • If you have not received your refund, please contact with your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 7-10 business days* before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have taken this step and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our chat.

In many cases, refunds are processed within a few business days, but it's not uncommon for it to take up to 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
