Shipping Information

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. 

1. A confirmation email with all your order details will be sent to you once your order is received. And we will begin processing your order very soon. 

2. A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail once items shipped out.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days. (Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process your order before it is shipped.)

For Hong kong

SF Locker & SF Store Pick-up

Orders will be delivered to a SF store or SF locker within 2 to 4 working days. Please note some SF stores are closed on Sundays. For more info, please refer here. For selected products shipped from different warehouses, the delivery lead time will take up to 5 to 8 days. We will advise your estimated delivery date on the payment page. Pick-up Period

•　SF Locker - within 24 hours

•　SF Store - within 48 hours

If you fail to pick up the order within the period, SF Express will charge an accumulative fee of HK$10 for every 24-hour delay. For more info, please refer here. Maximum Parcel Size

•　SF Store - 70*40*32cm, 20kg or below
